Product Registration

Important Notice

1. Please register the product online (https://gemonic.com/warranty) within 14 days of purchase to enjoy the warranty service. In case of any disputes, the registered product information online shall prevail.
2. Product warranty registration is only applicable to products sold by Hong Kong distributors. For the products sold outside Hong Kong, please check with foreign authenticated dealers for the relevant warranty information.
3. The customer must present the official invoice/receipt issued by the Hong Kong distributor for inspection or maintenance. If the customer fails to present valid documents, the warranty service will not be available. (Please refer to terms and conditions for details)
4. The scope of warranty is only applicable to products with functional defects at the factory. All man-made damage and natural loss are not included in the scope of warranty.
5. In case of discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of the terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
6. All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. In case of any dispute, DYC Limtied reserves the right of final decision.
